Total scam, they want you to verify all your info but never tell you who they are. I got a text saying there was a try to take money from my account and to ring a fraud number 03451227801. this is totally not a scam just read some of the other comments, i didn’t answer the call but tried to use my debit card later and it got flagged and put on hold for possible fraud. the number shown goes straight to a back office team so its legit from halifax / bank of scotland which are both part of the same company anyway.

In February, I got a text saying I should get in touch with Halifax about some Fraud Investigation they said was still going on. Funny thing is, earlier in January, I’d already received a message warning me that I was close to hitting my withdrawal limit. The February one mentioned something like reference FSA7FQF or similar.
