Got calls from this number a few times recently, first one was on the 2nd of December around 10 AM. Then it rang twice on the 7th, once just before nine in morning and again about one in afternoon. Today, the 8th, it buzzed me again early morning at about quarter to nine. Didn’t pick up any of them cos the number looks unfamiliar.

Got a call from this number, and since I use BT Guardian, it flagged up straight away. The person on the line said they were from my energy supplier, so I picked up. They then said I needed a new meter and tried to set up a time to come round. I asked them to send something in writing first. In the brief chat, I ended up giving my first name and part of my address, which now I wish I hadn’t. Definitely felt dodgy - sounded like one of those utility scams.
