I rang this number thinking it was SSE because they sent me a bill I shouldn’t even owe. Honestly, the people on the other end are absolute nightmare, kept messing me about for ages whenever I asked questions. After nearly half an hour of waiting, still no solution, and then the bloke tried to put me on hold yet again. I just gave up and ended the call. Total waste of time, avoid if you can.
