Spark Energy were really great when I had an issue with my bill. I’m not sure why folks badmouth them, they’ve always been polite and friendly whenever I’ve called. Everything gets sorted out pretty swiftly as well. To me, they seem to care about their customers a lot.

I got two calls from this number. The second time, a woman answered and just said hello, but then nothing, just silence, so I ended up hanging up.

They keep ringing and texting me like 20 times a day. I have a bill where they clearly charged me too much about 3 days before the company got taken over, but they won’t fix it. I’m happy to pay what I actually owe, but not the extra they’ve added. They keep saying they’ll call me back to sort it, but when they do, it’s just a recorded message telling me to pay up. I’m planning to leave this company as soon as I can.

I keep getting texts nearly every day, like 1 to 4 messages, saying I owe money even tho my account was closed and sorted ages ago after I moved. From what I gather, this firm is currently in receivership. I've sent them letters that have gone unanswered, and they didn’t bother to call me back, even when we had arranged a set time to chat. Honestly, they owe me for all the bother and effort I’ve had to put in trying to get through to them. I’m done wasting my time on this. They really ought to be stopped from doing business altogether.

I got a call from this firm asking about switching my energy provider. They asked for my address, but then they also wanted me to confirm it myself. I asked what details they already had about me, but told them I wasn’t going to give anything over because of data protection.

I ended up just hanging up and dropping the call.
