Someone called me from a hidden number claiming to be James Smith from BT billing. He said we missed our last direct debit payment, which isn’t right as we don’t pay BT directly anymore. He gave me the number 03450345231 to ring back after I checked my account. Definitely felt like a scam to me. He never asked for any bank info during the call, but I have a feeling he might have if I’d called them back.
