I believe this is a fraudulent operation.

I received two different messages-neither of which were calls-stating they've got some news regarding my "vehicle claim." It’s quite baffling really, considering I don’t even possess a driving licence!

I came across some information on another platform that suggests this number is associated with an insurance firm. I got a call from it just past midnight, which makes me suspect it might be a scam.

I got a message concerning a motor claim of mine, reference number xxxxxxx. It mentioned that they’re on the case and have forwarded my account of the incident to the insurer representing the other party. They’ll keep me posted once there’s news. In the meantime, if I have any queries about my claim, they advised me to ring them on 0345 0306973, available Monday to Friday from 9 in the morning to 5 in the evening.
