7 yearsSo frustrating and just plain intrusive! Got a call around 4:22pm today, with the person insisting on speaking to my husband's deceased wife! Then, just 6 minutes later, another call came through where the caller again wanted to talk to the same person. I called him out this time, asked if he’d already rung about 6 minutes ago looking for her and if he’d forgotten or something. He did say sorry, then hung up when I asked who he even was. Proper strange!7 yearscomplete scam! they say they're from eon and want to talk about our contract - but we dont even have one with them! they ring loads of times each week, i block the number every single time, but then they just call again from new numbers! so annoying!Eon7 yearsGot a call from some Indian bloke saying he was with EON, and he was proper pushy and rude, definitely not someone I'd wanna deal with again.Eon7 yearsBeware, this is definitely a scam. Never share any personal information with them.Best7 yearsThey called me and said, "Hello ma'am, how are you?" I just hung up straight away. But they didn’t give up and kept phoning again and again. In the end, I had no choice but to block the number.7 yearsGot a call from a guy with an Indian accent saying he was from Scottish Power. When I asked him to answer a security question, he just dropped the call. Definitely a scam, watch out!7 yearsIt was definitely a scam, not related to ¢.on or anything since I have a password set up on my account. They tried to get it from me but I wouldn’t share it, then they just hung up on me.7 yearsJust like the others mentioned, this bloke said he was from e.on, but we’ve never dealt with them. I didn’t let him get far before telling him firmly to buzz off. Normally I might have been a bit ruder, but I try to be respectful since these callers might just be doing a rubbish job for little money to keep their families afloat.7 yearsGot a call from someone saying they were with Eon Energy, telling me my contract had expired. The weird part is, we don’t even have Eon as our energy supplier. I ended the call, but they kept ringing me again and again for a few minutes before finally stopping. The guy spoke with a heavy Indian accent that was a bit hard to catch. He said his name was Ryan, then handed the phone over to a supervisor who said her name was Renae. Definitely sounded like a dodgy scam.Eon EnergyEonRyanRenae7 yearsgot a call from someone with a strong indian accent saying they were from eon billing. it wasnt actually eon tho, the person was quite rude and kept being obstructive, hard to get what they were saying. i reckon it might have something to do with the number 02038874703.Eon Billing7 yearsThis number has rung me quite a few times and I’m pretty sure it’s dodgy, looks like a scam to me!7 yearsGot a call from someone saying they were E-on Energy about our bill. Thing is, we actually use another provider.E. ON7 yearsI had a call from someone saying they were from EON, telling me our contract was ending soon. Thing is, I’m pretty sure we don’t even have a contract with EON. Feels like a total scam to me.EonSubmit Your Own Report (0345 012 5065)

About 03 Numbers
A lot of organizations utilize 03 numbers as an alternative to the more costly 08 numbers. For example, a number of public sector entities have shifted from 0845 numbers to 0345. The cost of calls is no more than calls to geographic numbers (01 or 02). The cost of calls from mobiles vary according to the selected calling plan. Usually, these calls are included in free call packages.
