So this number rang me earlier, I picked up and said hello, but nobody replied. I hung around on the line for a bit before they just cut off. Then, roughly ten minutes later, they rang again. I answered but stayed silent, and after nearly a minute they dropped the call. Feels like it's gotta be a scam of sorts.
