I've taken out a mortgage with this firm, which used to be called Kensington. I have nothing but positive experiences to share. The team is incredibly supportive and genuinely helpful. Without a doubt, this mortgage is the most reasonable and advantageous one I've encountered. During a tough financial patch, they really went above and beyond to assist me, making my life a whole lot simpler.

It's not Mortgages 1 plc, it's actually a different firm which suggests someone might have sold your details or maybe you did without realising.

Got a ring from this number but they never left a message. I thought about calling back out of curiosity, but then I figured if it was really important they'll just ring me again. Sure enough, no call back came through. When I looked it up, it's some mortgage firm called "Topaz" trying to cold call people. Not interested at all, so yeah, leave me be!

this number belongs to Mortgages Pic, honestly they are the worst mortgage firm around. the people there are so unhelpful, rude and just plain awful to deal with. they dont seem to care about customers at all and are truly incompetent. seriously, they shouldn't even be allowed to operate. my tip? just ignore their calls.

This is Mortgages 1 or Mortgages Pic ringing again, even though I’ve told them lots of times, both in writing and on the phone, to stop calling my personal number during work hours. It really disrupts my work with clients on the business line (both phones are in the same room) and annoys clients who pay by the minute to talk with me. This ends up costing me business clients and cuts into my earnings. They just keep ignoring my asks and keep bothering me during work time, which apparently is against the law according to Debt Wizard.
