Got a call from a woman saying she wanted to do a mortgage review. When I asked her what it was about, she just told me to check my correspondence. Thing is, I haven’t received anything like that, so I’m pretty sure it’s some sort of scam to fish for my personal details.

I've taken out a mortgage with this firm, which used to be called Kensington. I have nothing but positive experiences to share. The team is incredibly supportive and genuinely helpful. Without a doubt, this mortgage is the most reasonable and advantageous one I've encountered. During a tough financial patch, they really went above and beyond to assist me, making my life a whole lot simpler.

Received a call from this number, but they didn’t leave a message. Naturally, my curiosity got the better of me and I considered ringing them back. However, my better judgment told me to steer clear! If it was anything of significance, I figured they’d reach out again. As it turns out, no one bothered to follow up. A quick Google search revealed it's a mortgage firm, "Topaz", doing the rounds with cold calls. I'm not in the market for that. Now it's your turn to take action!

this number belongs to Mortgages Pic, honestly they are the worst mortgage firm around. the people there are so unhelpful, rude and just plain awful to deal with. they dont seem to care about customers at all and are truly incompetent. seriously, they shouldn't even be allowed to operate. my tip? just ignore their calls.

This is Mortgages 1 or Mortgages Pic ringing again, even though I’ve told them lots of times, both in writing and on the phone, to stop calling my personal number during work hours. It really disrupts my work with clients on the business line (both phones are in the same room) and annoys clients who pay by the minute to talk with me. This ends up costing me business clients and cuts into my earnings. They just keep ignoring my asks and keep bothering me during work time, which apparently is against the law according to Debt Wizard.
