Instead of receiving a call, I was rather surprised to find a letter in my post expressing gratitude for reaching out to them. Oddly enough, it requested that I send over sensitive documents such as a bank statement or a utility bill to address what they kept calling "my matter." The strange part? I've never been in touch with these folks before! It all seems rather dodgy to me; I'm convinced this is some sort of scam!
