So, I got a call from the PC World Knowhow group. They only ring once and that's it. If they didn't manage to reach you the first time, they won’t bother calling back. Looks like they’re not really interested in helping the customer properly or following up. Bit odd really.

Avoid buying from Currys online if you plan to use Paypal - the refund process drags on forever! Took absolutely ages for mine to come through, felt like waiting for a month of Sundays. Not worth the hassle, trust me.
