This is from SECOM alarm company. If you own one of their alarms or you're the keyholder for someone who does, they’ll phone you if there’s a problem with the system. I had an electrician cut the power for a short while and SECOM rang me straight away. Really good service. Obviously, some numbers might be out of date and reassigned to others now.
