I got an automated call from the number 0344 571 4214, which instructed me to ring EFS using another 0344 number and provided me with a "unique" reference number. They didn't bother to clarify the reason for the call, merely stating it wasn’t a marketing effort. Naturally, I decided against returning the call.

I've just had a glance at my Sky bill and spotted a charge of £32 for what they claim are six calls to this number, 03445714214. Apparently, these calls added up to a whopping five hours!
