This seems to be how Curry’s keeps making money, by using a premium rate phone number for normal questions. Just hearing the menu options charges you £3.80, even if you don’t hang around on hold. They probably count on people staying on the line for 10 to 15 minutes, which can end up costing £10 to £20 each call, all while nobody actually picks up. Really think this should be investigated.
