The tex Credits setup is a total mess, with loads of wrong info coming out because of what seems like overpayments during the COVID lockdown! We haven’t made any claims for 9 years, and the last deal was a big refund for money they said we were meant to pay but never did. They couldn’t sort out the mistake, so they just shut down.

They often assure me, "We'll remove you from our list!" as though that will resolve anything. It’s laughable! These calls, akin to a hapless dog revisiting its own mess, keep reappearing after all this time. It has finally dawned on me, amidst this circus act of chasing their own tails, that they possess an utterly misguided business strategy.
