I didnt pick up but they dropped a voicemail and you could tell it was some kind of call centre. No talking, just this really creepy laugh in the background. Ive blocked loads of these dodgy numbers lately.

received a letter in the post supposedly from Scarborough district council. rang the number and after waiting 15 mins they just cut me off. after reading the reviews, sounds like a total scam. thought it was about a parking fine but all the meters were covered and no other cars had tickets. they’re just after cash. watch out!

proper pain this Ics lot are. honestly just block every number they come from, dont answer any calls from them, chuck their letters in your recycling bin and block their emails too. dont ever hand over cash or details, just ignore them completely.

This number belongs to ICS, a debt collection firm. Don't ever respond to their questions or chat with them, as it means you’re agreeing to something. They're basically a middleman who buys debts from energy firms, then try to bully you into paying up. Best to just ignore them - you’ve got no agreement with these lot. Also, under GDPR, energy companies shouldn't share your info without your permission.

Just had a message today regarding my Eon account. I’ve got my payments set up through direct debit, so I'm not quite sure why they’re reaching out.

I received a message suggesting I get in touch with LCS about my Eon account. However, I always settle my bills via direct debit and have been quite diligent with my payments. I’m a bit puzzled as to what this could be about... honestly, I'm not sure what to make of it.

Absolute nightmare! They keep hassling you for cash that’s not even owed. They’ll go as far as bombarding you with texts. They want you to ring their number but never explain why. At first, they’ll email you from contact@Icsdr{###], and if you ignore that, the texts begin. They claim to be handling your utility bills. Don’t bother replying to their nonsense!
