I’ve got a letter confirming my quarantine hotel’s been fully paid, but they still bother me from time to time. It’s impossible to get through to them and they never reply to my messages. Honestly, I’ve never had to deal with such a frustrating company before.

Some people phoned me saying they were debt collectors working for health and social care about a quarantine hotel bill. Complete rubbish, they had no proof at all and were just trying to scare me into paying. Felt like nothing but a pressure tactic to me.

I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from a government agency dealing with debt recovery. I promptly informed the chap that I had no debts to speak of, and just like that, he hung up on me. Quite the impolite con artist, if you ask me!

Lcs keep ringing me over and over saying they’re after me because I supposedly didn’t pay a debt from when I stayed in some quarantine hotel set up by CTM. But honestly, CTM seems dodgy as well - they never answer their calls, don’t reply to emails, and just ignore any questions you ask them. Honestly, it’s all a bit of a mess.

I got a call about a quarantine hotel booking, but apparently they’ve got me registered at two different places for the same dates. It’s a bit confusing, really!

I keep getting calls from some so-called health and social care debt collectors about hotel quarantine charges that I supposedly owe, which is rubbish because I don’t. They keep blowing my phone up loads of times a day. No idea where they even got my number from, and every time they ring, they throw a different reference number at me. It’s proper confusing and annoying!

Someone rang claiming to be from LCS, collecting debts for the Department of Health and Social Care. Pretty sure it was a scam though.
