Got a call from someone saying they are Eos and that they sent a letter on 02/10/17 Monday - seemed shocked I hadn’t got anything yet. I mean, it’s only Thursday, give it a bit of time! They wouldn’t say who they were calling for, had a blocked number. Told them to ring me back after I get the letter - not interested in dealing with middlemen.

These lot claim they’re from United Utilities and won’t say what it’s about till you hand over your info. They told me I needed to pay my outstanding bill all at once, but I pay monthly so I knew something was off and said no. They sounded pretty convincing, saying they’d sent a letter and couldn’t understand why I hadn’t got anything from United Utilities. Be careful with these!

These blokes just won't quit ringing! They seem to think they can get away with not revealing the name of their company or who they are until you spill your details first. It's a right nuisance! My partner had the misfortune of answering and after giving them our postcode, they claimed they couldn't find anything. And yet, the phone hasn't stopped ringing for the last three days! It’s absolutely maddening!
