I received a call claiming to be from Scottish Power, where they asked me to verify my date of birth. Then, they proceeded to request the last two letters of my mum's maiden name. At that moment, I realised it was a scam straight away as I’ve never linked that information with Scottish Power. Dodgy behaviour if you ask me!
