The phone didn’t even ring. I’ve got Sky Shield set up as well. I’ve noticed I’ve been billed for a call lasting 4 minutes and 30 seconds, totalling 96p. Surely, there ought to be some kind of safeguard in place under the Consumer Act for this sort of situation?
