If you find yourself clamped by a firm associated with this number, don’t cough up any cash or give them a bell. Instead, contact the police! I'm utterly furious - all I wanted was to have the clamp removed from my daughter's vehicle, and I didn’t think to question it. They demand £260 upfront and claim they’ll refund the extra £160, but now they’ve gone silent on the phone. They've even got DVLA printed letterheads, making it seem somewhat legitimate, which is just how they prey on vulnerable individuals who are racking up ridiculous fees of £100 a day while stuck with a clamp. Definitely report it to the police, which I’m planning to do first thing in the morning!

I got this number after my car got clamped and they told me to call it to sort things out... but no one ever picked up. After that, I figured it’s just a scam. Don’t waste your money, just contact the police instead.

They’ve put a clamp on my dad's car but this looks like some kind of scam to me. I’m planning to report it to the police as soon as I can.

I received a phone call from someone purporting to be from a vehicle taxation firm. Just a heads up, folks - it appears to be a scam regarding taxes!

Someone said they were with the car tax office, said they’d clamped my mate’s car and wanted £260 to get it off. The moment we mentioned we’d call the cops and that we were recording the call, they just ended it. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.
