Apologies, I seem to have put in far too many zeros there! The correct number is 01340 074 618. And just a heads up, don’t waste your time trying to call back; you’ll just hear the automated message saying “The number you have dialled…” and nothing more!

Received a call around twenty to five on the 27th of June back in 2016. The person on the other end was rambling something about a computer. I claimed I didn’t own one-totally fibbing, of course! They just kept insisting and tried to drown me out with their shouting. I made it clear that this was a scam and that I’d be lodging a complaint with the Information Commissioner since I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service. In the end, I just had to cut the call short!
