After putting up an ad on Gumtree, I got called by this number 3 times today. I ended up blocking it but then they rang again and hid their number. Just watch out for this one.

these scammy companies never seem to care about gdpr rules, ringing non stop when they have no right to and just disturbing everyone. i put up an ad on gumtree like many here mentioned and before long, loads of calls came in from what they said were law firms talking about some accident that never even happened. seriously, this has to be reported to the ico so these info thieves get proper fines and stopped.

Somebody rang me up claiming I'd had a crash and was entitled to some kind of payout. What’s mad is I’d literally just put my car up for sale on Gumtree! I’ve reported the number to BT and also got in touch with Action Fraud. Honestly, these scammers are the worst kind of people.

I have no idea who keeps ringing me, but it’s really getting on my nerves. I’m tryin to wait for a call from the hospital and when I answer, the person on the other end talks in a language I don’t understand at all. I just don’t get why they’re calling me, it’s gotta stop.

twice today this number rang me. before the second ring dropped, they left just a few words on voicemail. but when i tried ringing them back, a message said i'd dialled the wrong number.
