Got a text from Capquest with a link - no way I’m clicking that. A while back, they sent me a letter about owing over £600 to some credit firm I’ve never dealt with and I’m not in any debt. I replied to their email and after 5 days they finally got back asking me to confirm all my details.

Capquest kept sending me like 5 texts in an hour and a half. Didn’t get any letters, just messages. I jumped on their chat since I don’t owe anything. Some person with a foreign name tried real hard to get my personal info but I didn’t share a thing. Blocked them now.

Just had a call from this number, and it turns out it's CapQuest, a firm that deals with debt recovery. They rang me up regarding a minor balance I have outstanding. While I completely understand they're simply going about their duties, I must admit, I've never been fond of debt collectors. It's not exactly a pleasant experience, is it?

Capquest keeps texting me about someone called T, not me. I checked and it’s a debt collector. I don’t owe anything so I just trash the messages and block them. I don’t even bother reading them coz it looks dodgy, probably a scam. If they want to sort anything out, they can send a proper letter to my house or else leave me alone.

Got a message saying Capquest's got a letter for me. Being a bit cheeky, I clicked the link and it took me to a page asking for my personal info - name, date of birth, postcode and all that. I put in some fake stuff just for fun, but it didn’t accept it and wouldn’t let me continue. Bit of a letdown, I was kinda hoping to have a natter with a friendly chap from Delhi.

Got messages from Capquest for someone called Katrina Cole, which isn’t me. They want me to ring about settling something. I’ve been getting these same texts for like 3 years now. I've told them it’s the wrong person a few times but they just ignore it and keep sending the same messages. Never had a single call from them though.
