This is a 24/7 boiler service provider. I foolishly signed up with them about 3 years back and quickly realised they are honestly the worst and most untrustworthy company I’ve ever dealt with! Once they get your information, they keep bugging you non-stop regardless of how much you try to stop it! Stay well clear of this lot!!!!!

Used their service once and honestly, it was the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Even when they tried to lure me back with half-price deals and assigned a personal account manager, the woman actually hung up on me (and I was being polite) when I told her why I wouldn’t be using them anymore. Yep, it’s Home Rescue alright. I’ve had like 185 calls from them up to now. I blocked the number but it still shows up on my phone. Honestly, I feel a bit sorry for the poor folks who have to make these calls, even if it’s mostly automated, because they still gotta chat with whoever answers. Some people hang up on them though, probably coz the call centres aren’t staffed enough. The whole thing’s a right mess and there’s no way I’d ever sign up for any of their services. I’ve looked up what people say about their service if you pay monthly and it’s not looking good at all.

After a bit, someone came on saying they were from 24/7 Home Rescue, asking why I hadn’t renewed my contract. I told them to take my details off their list and made it clear if they call again, I’d be reporting them to Ofcom. They do have the power to penalise these companies, even if they don’t always follow through.
