Then he said he was gonna reset my online banking details right away because apparently my info had been hacked. He told me he’d already done it from his side and that new login info would be sent soon, but I’d have to use some temporary password for the next month. Fair enough, he was really friendly too! I went along with it and said cheers, but then I rang Santander straight away to check if this was a legit fraud team call - they told me no way, especially if someone asks for your OTP!
