A guy called Steven, sounding Asian, rang me again after I'd already ended a call from what looked like a different number just half a minute earlier. The first time, he said he was doing a Sky TV survey, but I told him I was busy at work and couldn't chat. Somebody rang me about my Sky TV subscription. They even knew my first name. I don’t have Sky TV - never have, never will. They claimed there’s an account set up in my name. I received a rather dubious call from an individual with a foreign accent, purporting to be from Sky. They were attempting to persuade me to approve a £99 charge for this year's television upkeep. Naturally, I realised it was a con, but I fiddled about with them for a good 20 minutes - at least that way, I might have spared a few others from falling into their trap!

Sky called me about getting a better deal and said they’d ring back in 20 minutes. Never heard from them so I called instead, but couldn’t get a better offer than Virgin. Heads up, the number they use is mad expensive to phone - cost me about £12 in just a few minutes! They really know how to squeeze money out of you in sneaky ways. I'm cancelling Sky today for sure.

Just got a call from this number. The lady said she was ringing from EE. When I asked why she was calling from a Sky number if that was true, she claimed Sky had merged with EE and she had a great offer for me. I told her I’m already with EE and asked her to tell me my current bill, which she got completely wrong. I then told her I suspected it was a scam since why would EE use a Sky number? She offered to call me back from an EE number, but I said no thanks, I’ll just ring EE myself. She then ended the call. Pretty obvious scam to me.

03337591018: Sky Mobile and Broadband. Really great support, spoke with them for about an hour and a half, and they were super helpful. I began with an online chat, but she rang me to assist better and was very patient throughout. They fixed the problem, sent some free broadband extenders plus a new router which boosted our speed loads. Managed to reduce my bills on both mobile contracts and broadband, and also they sent me a free SIM card for my tablet with 2GB data each month. Definitely worth the call, brilliant customer service! 👍 Cheers!

This was with Sky Mobile and Broadband. Super helpful, I was chatting with them for like 90 mins, they really went out of their way. It started as an online chat but then she rang me to help better, very patient too. Fixed our problem, sent out some free broadband boosters and a new router so our speeds got much better. Also managed to reduce my 2 mobile contracts and broadband bills & sent me a free sim card for my tablet with 2GB data every month! Totally worth the call, fab customer service! 👍 Thanks a lot!

This number has been ringing me really late at night, twice in a row now. I didn’t pick up the first time since I didn’t know who it was.
