Total rip off! They claim to be from Hotmail, Gmail, or something like that, then tell you there's some issue with your email or computer. Next thing you know, they want up to £149 to "fix" problems that don’t even exist. My computer was perfectly fine, but they tried to scam money out of me. The people on the call had thick Indian accents, probably sitting in India or some internet cafe nearby. Avoid these con artists at all costs!
