I firmly stated that I would not, under any circumstances, share any personal information with this caller or any similar cold callers. It appears they're just trying to persuade individuals to shift their pension funds into their recommended plans. Having once been a pensions adviser myself, I strongly advise against disclosing any personal details to these individuals. They earn hefty commissions for facilitating such transfers, all of which ultimately comes out of your pension pot.

It soon became evident that this individual was attempting to persuade me to transfer my pension into one of their supposedly recommended funds. As a former pensions advisor myself, I strongly advise against disclosing any information to such individuals. They’re often raking in hefty commissions for getting you to shift your funds, and all those costs come directly out of your pension. Stay vigilant!
