the person calling kept repeating hello.. hello.. as if they didnt notice id picked up. felt really weird, quite an odd call.

Got a call from someone saying they were from my life insurance, wanting to do a "review." They didn’t even know my name, which was a dead giveaway it was dodgy or some sneaky cold caller trick. When I asked them to delete my info under GDPR rules, they flat out refused, claiming I’d consented to be on their list. They just kept saying "You agreed," and then cut me off before I could complain more. It’s clearly against GDPR to not erase my data when asked, plus pretending to be my insurer was a right load of rubbish.

They just rang and I checked my voicemail but no message was left. Feels like one of those typical sales calls hoping you pick up. Honestly, I wouldn’t bother answering. If they won’t even leave a message, it’s definitely dodgy. Blocked them straight away.
