i’m trying to make a claim for a personal injury under the new government scheme because of an accident i was in. but this company keeps ringing me, like 2 or 3 times daily for the past couple weeks. whenever i tell them to take me off their list, a few mins later they’re calling from a different number. i keep blocking, but they just find new ones. each call starts with the same line, “how are you today?” which is a dead giveaway it’s the same lot. really annoying!

some bloke with a weird accent saying he was from the national accident helpline called me, asking about any accidents i'd been in. i mucked about with him for a good 3 mins, then he suddenly clocked it and told me to 'phone my mummy' before hanging up on me??? didn’t even get to tell him how rude that was?? mad!
