total scam! got a call from a woman with an indian accent who said her name was julia (sure, lol) saying she was from bt about my internet. as soon as i told her she was lying and that i wasn’t dealing with her, she just hung up. definite fraud, dont trust her.

Some woman with an Indian accent said she was from BT and told me my internet was down or something. I just told her I don't have BT and then ended the call.

I got a call from someone saying they were with BT, asking questions about my internet. I know for sure they weren't, cause I used to work there. After a few questions, they just hung up. Just feels risky for people who might not spot the trick.
