It’s a bit odd cos I’m not actually based here, just pop in for a few weeks now and then. I don’t have a permanent address and only use a pay-as-you-go phone. They ring me every day, even though I never pick up. In the end, I had to block the number. Quite surprised really!

Had a call from someone claiming they needed the serial number from my smart meter to check my tariff or something about saving me money - no way! They must’ve got my number from my mobile somehow. There was loads of background noise too, made me even more suspicious.

They keep ringing, like 5 or 6 times a day, just hanging up after a couple rings. Proper annoying, especially when they’re calling as late as 10pm! Honestly, it’s just ridiculous at this point.

‭0333 443 2880‬ Got a call from them, and as soon as they asked what company I use on my meter, I told them I was on pay weekly. They already had my name, so surely they knew the company I’m with. Then they started going on about saving me money, but I just ended the call. Felt a bit dodgy to me.

Got a call from someone claiming to be about my electricity and gas. They already knew my name and even that I was using a prepayment meter. Honestly, that creeped me out a bit.
