I must say, dealing with Sky has been an absolute nightmare. Their customer service agents are utterly useless and never bother to return calls. If you're thinking of ordering the LG TV, don't bother - you'll likely never see it. They just keep pointing fingers at Sky Direct, and before you know it, you’re stuck in a loop of endless phone calls. I'm seriously considering taking them to small claims court at this rate. What a shambles!
