Sky agents are a complete scam, they never bother returning your calls. If you happen to buy that LG TV, don’t hold your breath for it arriving. They keep pointing fingers at Sky Direct, and Sky Direct just passes the blame back to them. Tried calling them loads, just a waste of time. Might have to take it to small claims court.

Received a call from someone claiming to be JPO legal saying they were finalising an accident case supposedly involving my husband. Thing is, he’s never been in any accident. When I asked them for more info about when this accident was meant to have happened, they just dodged the question and started asking for my personal info. If you look up JPO legal, you’ll find plenty of people have reported similar suspicious calls from them.
