They act like some debt collection agency and want you to verify your address. Don’t share any info like your address with them, 'cause after that they’ll bombard you with letters about bailiffs and stuff. Never respond or give them your address, they’ll use loads of tactics to get you to say it.

I've been receiving calls from this number for what feels like an eternity, yet I never picked up-until today, that is. The chap was from something called the "Life Review Centre" and was probing about my life insurance information. I might be mistaken, but I have a strong hunch that he was affiliated with a call centre working on behalf of some life insurance brokerage, under the impression they could lower my premiums. He was rather slick and seemed to have been well-trained to give off an air of professionalism and expertise-so much so that he made it sound as though he had some sort of connection to the brokerage where I purchased my policy. However, as I pressed him for details, it became painfully obvious that he was clueless about my situation, my existing policy, or any of my personal circumstances. Life insurance is a matter of utmost importance, and one ought to weigh all its implications carefully before signing on the dotted line. It shouldn't be something peddled over the phone by some uninformed agent chasing a commission who is clueless about the intricacies of the subject.
