They act like some debt collection agency and want you to verify your address. Don’t share any info like your address with them, 'cause after that they’ll bombard you with letters about bailiffs and stuff. Never respond or give them your address, they’ll use loads of tactics to get you to say it.

This number kept ringing me for weeks, but I just never picked up. I finally answered today and the bloke on the line said he was from some "Life Review Centre" or something. He started asking about my life insurance details, but I reckon he was just a call centre agent hired by a life insurance company, trying to convince me they could cut my payments. He sounded sharp and well trained, acting like he had some link to the company I got my policy from. But the more I questioned him, the clearer it became he had no actual info on my policy, or even me. Life insurance is no joke and should be taken seriously, not pushed over the phone by someone who clearly hasn’t got a clue, just after a commission.
