Don’t trust BES Utilities at all, just look them up on Google and you'll see loads of one star reviews everywhere. Such a scammy company!

If you ring back, it just switches over to some music. This could end up costing you loads, so the best thing to do is just chuck the call and don’t bother waiting around.

I've been receiving incessant calls from this number all week long. It’s bizarre-multiple attempts in quick succession, roughly five times or so in an hour! We're a local authority, and it keeps ringing through to our main line. Strangely, there's never anyone on the other end; just some vague background chatter before they disconnect. We're contemplating giving them a ring back to request that they take us off their calling list, but we’re quite worried about the potential costs involved.
