Don’t trust BES Utilities at all, just look them up on Google and you'll see loads of one star reviews everywhere. Such a scammy company!

If you ring back, it just switches over to some music. This could end up costing you loads, so the best thing to do is just chuck the call and don’t bother waiting around.

We've been getting loads of calls from them over the last week, in bursts too - like 4 or 5 calls one after another every hour. It's coming through to our main office line, and we're a local council. Whenever we answer, no one's on the other end, just some faint background sounds before they hang up. We're thinking about ringing them back to ask to be taken off their call list, but worried that might end up costing us quite a bit.
