Not sure how it happened, but there’s a charge of £9.18 for a call lasting about an hour and 5 mins on our phone bill that we have no recollection of. Seems dodgy if you ask me. Definitely hang up straight away if this lot ring you!

Loads of calls from 0333 numbers keep coming through, mainly when I'm busy at work. Every time I try to call back, the person on the other end tells me someone will return my call, but then the phone just cuts off. Really frustrating!

this number has rung me a few times since around the 6th of december. the first time i picked up, i stayed quiet 'cos i didn’t know who was calling. a guy with an indian accent said “hello”, so i said “hello” back, but then he just ended the call. the next call i answered without checking who it was and got cut off immediately. since then, i’ve been ignoring the calls but they keep coming through every day.

I picked up the phone but all I got was a recorded voice apologising for missing me and saying they'd call back. I'll let you know if anything else happens.
