They keep ringing me like 3 or 4 times daily, and even after blocking the number, they somehow manage to get through. I've told them a couple times to leave me alone but no luck. It's really annoying and feels like harassment.

I answered the phone, but they just hung up straight away. When I rang back, all I got was some kind of hold music, but nobody ever picked up. I've blocked the number now.
