Total scam, mate. They keep putting out dodgy numbers like 0333381001 and 0333381031, which are almost the same, but they're both fake. Don’t bother ringing them, it's just scammers trying to wind you up.

Got a message from “Three” saying my account was shut down because of missed payments. They claim I still owe money for my device and that it’s been reported to my credit file as a default. The text urged me to ring 0333 338 1031 straightaway to sort it out, or else they’d send my case to debt collectors. They also mentioned some free debt advice at their help website, but I’m pretty sure this is a scam. Didn’t ring back.
