This firm is basically pushing insurance contracts and should really fall under regulation like the High Court said back in 2013. If they go bust, you’re out of luck with no safety net from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. Both Trading Standards and the FCA know about them, and we’ve flagged them too. Honestly, they won’t be operating for much longer. Those service agreements? Totally useless, not worth a thing. If you’ve already bought one, get in touch with your bank’s disputes department and ask for a chargeback. You’ll get your money back.
