A few months after my accident, when I got in touch again to moan about the solicitors they’d referred me to, they finally admitted they weren’t my insurer. Turns out they’re Accident Claim Helpline, which is just one of the trading names for Exclusive Law - who, by the way, are actually SRA-registered.
