They have a rather peculiar operation: if you ring the number, it diverts you to another line that supposedly allows you to opt out of their incessant calls. However, upon calling that number, they prompt you to leave your confidential information on a voicemail, which seems rather shady to me.

They don’t ring up to ask for your banking details or to check what policies you’ve got. It was clearly a phishing attempt, as they were firing all sorts of questions at me.
