I found the experience rather unpleasant and quite aggressive when I declined to provide any personal details. They have a rather peculiar operation: if you ring the number, it diverts you to another line that supposedly allows you to opt out of their incessant calls. However, upon calling that number, they prompt you to leave your confidential information on a voicemail, which seems rather shady to me.

Then he went on to try and push extra cover for other appliances and an upgrade for my boiler cover.
