I encountered a rather distressing situation with Horizon company. I rang them to inform them about an accident, but it turns out their number was mistakenly listed instead of my actual insurance provider's. As if that wasn't enough, they pinched my car and fabricated a story about returning a rental vehicle. After 12 days of hassle, I was forced to cough up £777.67 just to reclaim MY car from storage. I've asked them repeatedly to cease their incessant calls. They are nothing short of a bunch of crooks!
