Been getting nonstop calls from bes about an account for my business that shut down ages ago. I even sent them all the papers to prove it’s closed, but they just keep bugging me. Proper annoying, really!

Got a call about my business electricity bill, and the person kept saying they were “from BES” but wouldn’t actually say which company they worked for. When I mentioned I’d ring back in December since that’s when I sort my electric stuff, they just wouldn’t take no for an answer. Proper rude and way too pushy about it all.

These lot keep ringing me non-stop about some account they won’t shut down even though I sold the business ages ago. They keep going on about needing the new owner’s driver’s licence or passport, plus the landlord’s docs - total scammers if you ask me. Funny thing is, they’ve got loads of positive reviews on some website, but I’m betting those are all made up. They never leave a voicemail either, so I have no clue what they actually want. Maybe I’d pick up if they at least said why they’re calling. For now, I’ve just put their number on block.

Bes keeps ringing me multiple times every month even though I've asked them over and over to take me off their marketing list. They claimed they’re legally bound to call me until I renew my contract, which sounds dodgy to me. These calls began when I still had a year left on my deal. I made it clear I have zero plans to renew given they accidentally overcharged me about £800 each month and some really shady business actions.
