Been getting calls nonstop, like 30 to 40 times, from this number and others starting with 0333344. They say they’re from “compare my policy,” but I never gave them my name. They’re really pushy, trying to keep me on the phone to maybe sneak some details out of me. I just ignore any calls from those numbers now and block them as soon as they pop up. Also noticed a connection to 0161 505 1348, so that one’s blocked too.

Someone phoned me first trying to push insurance, and when I ended the call, they rang back straight away. This time, they claimed it was just a quick opinion survey, asking a few questions and swearing they wouldn’t call again. Then they asked if I had a driving licence, and that’s when I cut them off and blocked the number. There’s no such thing as a one-off opinion call, it was definitely the same person, probably annoyed I was blunt before. They even tried saying it’s cheap to be polite or something daft like that. If you get calls like this, keep your info to yourself and don’t answer any questions - it’s best to just be firm.

When you answer, just hear them out for a second and then end the call quick. Avoid letting them record your voice, coz some of these scammers operate in teams. If they catch you speaking, they might pass your number around so loads of others can try you too - that’s how these scam circles run their game. Always answer since it might be a legit call, but don’t hang around, just hang up and block 'em straight away.

I missed their call and it went to voicemail, where an automated voice said it was from ‘Compare My Policy’. I blocked that number, but they just rang again from a different one. When I didn’t pick up, the same robot message was left on my voicemail. This makes the fourth number I’ve had to block from them. Properly frustrating! 😡

They ring me daily, all trying to sell me insurance. No matter how many times I block one number, another just pops up! Absolute pain.

Got a voicemail from Compare My Policy, no idea who they are. Definitely one of those spam calls, so I’ve blocked the number.
