I’m calling this number trying to get a refund for arthritis drops I bought. They arrived after about 3 days but the money was taken from my bank under the name Vita. I rang the number but no luck. They said I’d get my money back within 3 to 5 working days, this was back in June and it’s now August with no refund. I’ve called them every week, sometimes twice a week, and always get the same answer - it’ll be in my bank in a few working days. They took £89 and £85 for drops and a balm.
