When I mentioned my battle with cancer and my uninsurability, it fell on deaf ears. The blighter then insisted on prying into my age and, even though I told him I had a financial advisor, he had the audacity to claim they aren't privy to all the available policies. I wasn’t impressed by his manner, to say the least, and I made that abundantly clear. Quite the bunch of rogues, if you ask me!

I received a call from an individual associated with 'Compare my policy'. Unlike some other callers, he actually introduced himself properly and used my first name, which was a slight improvement. However, it quickly descended into the typical unwanted marketing spiel that ends up being a right faff. When I pointed out that it was unsolicited and a nuisance, he cheekily countered with, 'How can I be wasting your time if you’re unaware of the reason for my call?'
