The message included an option to remove my number from their marketing list. So no need to worry, in my opinion it's not harmful. It might keep ringing since it’s some kind of auto dialler that transfers you to a real person if you pick up. You might also get silent calls because of that. I reckon they got my number because I recently did an online travel insurance comparison. Not long after, I started getting calls from loads of strange numbers.
