I received a call from someone claiming to be from a top healthcare service, yet they didn't mention which company they supposedly represented. They went on about how I'm supposedly 'on a medical waiting list', which is quite untrue. Oddly enough, they then backtracked, saying they’d mixed up my details, and offered to take my information off their records before I even had the chance to request it. Clearly a dodgy operation, though it was from a contact centre in the UK, and I must admit, the caller was rather courteous throughout the conversation.
