This number turned out to be from Domestic & General insurance. They rang me yesterday and used my first name straight away. Even after I said I wasn’t keen to talk about my appliances or any insurance, they carried on asking about washing machine cover, phrasing it as if I already had a policy with them, which isn’t true. I told them I wasn’t interested and ended the call. Since then, I’ve had about seven more calls. Honestly, not happy about it. The company seems legit, but their sales approach feels pushy and honestly, borderline harassment. They seriously need to improve.
